Planning your footwear project
Are you a factory or trading company?
We are an integrated manufacturing and trading company. Our main production base is located in Heshan, supported by dedicated teams in Wenzhou and Guangzhou to ensure a robust supply chain. With a 67,000 m² facility and a workforce of over 1,000 employees, we deliver consistently high-quality products at highly competitive prices.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For existing styles, the MOQ is 300 pairs per color and 1,000 pairs per order. For custom designs (ODM), the MOQ is 5,000 pairs per style.
Can we still cooperate if my budget is low or my order quantity is small?
We understand that different clients have different needs and budgets. Even if your budget is low or your order quantity is small, we still welcome you to contact us. Please share your specific situation so we can explore feasible solutions and cooperation methods. We can be flexible for first trial orders.
Can you produce other types of shoes besides Birkenstock-style footwear?
Yes, we have extensive production experience and flexible production lines. In addition to Birkenstock-style shoes, we can also produce other types of footwear according to your designs and requirements. Please feel free to provide your design drawings or samples for consultation.
How are samples charged?
The sample cost is $50–$80 per pair, refundable after a bulk order.
How long is the sampling lead time?
Sampling takes about 14 days. Once ready, we will send you photos for confirmation before shipment.
How long is the production time?
For bulk orders of existing styles: 20–25 days after sample approval and deposit. For custom orders: 45–60 days.
What is the packing method?
Standard packing: 1 pair per polybag, 12 pairs per carton. Custom packaging is welcome. We can produce boxes, dust bags and hangtags with your logo. Contact us to see our packaging options.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% deposit by T/T before production and a 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C for large orders.
