What cooperation models do you offer?
We primarily offer OEM and ODM services.
For OEM, you provide the design or sample, and we handle the production; for ODM, we provide design solutions, and we proceed with production after your confirmation.
Additionally, we support custom LOGO branding and replacement on our existing products according to your needs.
What styles can be customized?
We offer a wide range of customization options, including insoles, uppers, outsoles, midsoles, colors, and logos at various positions, to meet your brand’s needs.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ depends on the specific customization requirements:
– Changing upper LOGO only: Starting from 100 pairs
– Changing upper (style): Starting from 300 pairs
– Changing LOGO or style of shared sole mold (modifying existing mold): Starting from 300 pairs
– Exclusive mold for LOGO, bottom pattern, side pattern, or style (new mold development): Starting from 5000 pairs

What is the pricing?
Our product prices typically range from $10 to $20 USD, with specific prices varying based on materials, design complexity, and order quantity. Please provide your specific requirements, and we will offer you a detailed quote.
How are samples charged?
Sample fees vary depending on the degree of customization:
– Modifying only trademark/LOGO: Starting from $30 USD per sample pair.
– Involving exclusive molds (new mold development): Ranging from $450 USD to $1800 USD.
Sample fees are usually deductible or refundable upon confirmation of a bulk order. Please consult our customer service for specific policies.
How long does it take to produce an order?
Production lead time depends on order quantity and customization complexity. Typically, it takes 4-8 weeks from sample confirmation to shipment. We will do our best to complete it in the shortest possible time.
Can we produce other types of shoes besides Birkenstock-style?
Yes, we have extensive production experience and flexible production lines. In addition to Birkenstock-style shoes, we can also produce other types of footwear according to your designs and requirements. Please feel free to provide your design drawings or samples for consultation.
Can we still cooperate if my budget is low or order quantity is small?
