Construction review: rounded toe and one instep buckle

The buckle sits beside a largely uninterrupted forefoot, so its scale matters more than the quantity of trim. Set the preferred strap position on the sample, inspect the edge around the opening, and assess entry and heel movement across the intended size run. The backless shape should remain visible in the finished product photography.

8NR01 specifies cow split leather for the upper, polyurethane for the insole and rubber for the outsole. The broad toe gives the leather finish a clear display area, while the buckle concentrates attention at one side. Specify the surface treatment explicitly; the leather grade alone does not establish suede.
